Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, please send an email to andrewtatesunglasses@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To keep our prices as low as possible and to give you affordable sunglasses, we aren't able to provide free returns at this current time - if we were to introduce a free returns service, we would be forced to increase our prices drastically. 

If you input the wrong address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order doesn't arrive or gets delivered to the wrong address. We are not liable to refund or replace this order. 

We are unable to cancel an order after it’s been placed, if you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us.

All orders have a 30 day warranty where any faults or damages occur during this period, you are able to submit a ticket where we will assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution.

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your parcel arrives with an item missing, please wait up to 10 days before getting in contact with us as items can be sent separately. If the remaining items do not arrive after 15 days of your other parcel arriving, get in touch with us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Customers that claim an item missing after 16 days of the arrival of the original will not be liable for a refund or a replacement. 


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
